Sierra Pregnancy + Health
was founded in 1999 as a free, faith-based pregnancy resource center in Auburn. In 2015, SPH moved to Roseville and became a state licensed medical clinic in response to the growing healthcare and support service needs in Sacramento and Placer Counties. We offer a safe, judgement-free, confidential experience. To this day, services at SPH remain free of charge—funding coming 100% from private donations—accepting no federal or state monies. All our organization’s budget is made up of heart-felt support from people like you. Your gift can make the difference today that will last a lifetime. Tax ID #94-3333691.
Who We Are
SPH helps build healthy communities
by providing critical services that contribute to economic stability (no cost healthcare relieves the burden of healthcare costs on the taxpayer).
SPH is a voice of the people we serve.
Thanks to the combination of strong community relationships and intimate
local knowledge, SPH often understands, better than anyone else, our patients’ needs and the best ways to meet
them.
SPH helps strengthen and equip moms,
which leads to healthy babies and families, and ultimately a strengthened community.

Free Reproductive Grief Care
Reproductive loss surrounds us. Many are grieving due to miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, hysterectomy, abortion and more. We offer faith-based and secular support through individual or group meetings and now offer online support for those living out of our local area and those who cannot meet during clinic hours. We also offer quarterly support classes for those who desire to better serve the grieving community within their families, church, workplace and community.

Baby Bottle Campaign
With each bottle averaging $30, the impact of a campaign makes a huge difference in the lives of our patients and our community. With 3-easy steps you can make a significant contribution towards the services we provide to our community for free. Donations are 100% tax-deductible.

Step 1
Contact us to schedule the bottle drop-off. We love to share what we do with churches, groups and organizations. Invite us to speak at a service or event, or show our video to help your participants get excited about the impact they can help make.
Step 2
Distribute the bottles to your group, church, or organization to be filled with cash, coins, or checks. You determine the duration of your campaign. We suggest 3-4 weeks. If your donors would like receipts, they can complete the attached donor card on the bottle.
Step 3
On the date you specify, collect the filled bottles and return them to SPH.
Virtual (Online) Baby Bottle Option
Your change can change a life! Why wait to make an impact. You can fill a virtual bottle today.
