Sierra Pregnancy + Health
was founded in 1999 as a free, faith-based pregnancy resource center in Auburn. In 2015, SPH moved to Roseville and became a state licensed medical clinic in response to the growing healthcare and support service needs in Sacramento and Placer Counties. We offer a safe, judgement-free, confidential experience. To this day, services at SPH remain free of charge—funding coming 100% from private donations—accepting no federal or state monies. All our organization’s budget is made up of heart-felt support from people like you. Your gift can make the difference today that will last a lifetime. Tax ID #94-3333691.
Who We Are
SPH helps build healthy communities
by providing critical services that contribute to economic stability (no cost healthcare relieves the burden of healthcare costs on the taxpayer).
SPH is a voice of the people we serve.
Thanks to the combination of strong community relationships and intimate
local knowledge, SPH often understands, better than anyone else, our patients’ needs and the best ways to meet
SPH helps strengthen and equip moms,
which leads to healthy babies and families, and ultimately a strengthened community.

Our Open House
We want to welcome you to our clinic and spend a bit of time giving you a tour, answering your questions and celebrate all God is doing for those we serve in this ministry.
Volunteer Information Day
Learn about our volunteer opportunities from our Training + Education Coordinator, Kristin Lowther. She will provide a guided tour, detailed information about each volunteer position, volunteer application packets, details of our upcoming interview slots, details of the required volunteer training program dates, as well as a time for Q & A.
Reproductive Grief Care Training
Many of us know someone who has experienced a reproductive loss. Its common to now know the right words to say or wonder how best to support your loved one with good resources and referrals.
We can help you be a safe place. This training is to all who want to learn how to support those suffering from reproductive loss.
Our SPH Team is connected with the mission of our organization. We strive to operate out of the fruits of the spirit, considering others before ourselves. We work collaboratively while celebrating one another’ strengths and are mindful of the burdens of each other’s departments. We value what each team member brings to our roles, and we want to encourage one another to succeed.

Sierra does amazing work, does so with sensitivity and grace, and a sense of Christian fellowship. I know Sierra changes lives, and their daily good works are simply amazing. Our community is fortunate to have them in our presence.
